A Little Fur is operated by Maluvrian LLC. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit alittlefur.com, place an order or contact us.

Information we collect and use

We receive the contact, billing, shipping and order information you provide, communications you send us, and payment status from our payment providers. Shopify and service providers also collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser information, cookies and interactions with our store. We use this information to operate the website, process payments and orders, arrange delivery and returns, respond to questions, prevent fraud and meet recordkeeping obligations. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details by email.

Service providers and disclosures

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We use payment providers, fulfillment platforms including Zendrop, CJdropshipping and Shopify Collective, their suppliers and shipping carriers, and our business email provider to operate the store. These providers may receive information needed for their services, including delivery names, addresses, contact details and ordered items. A product shipping from a US warehouse does not mean all associated data is processed only in the United States. Providers may process information in other countries. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer.

Shopify Network Intelligence and your choices

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for this store. Shopify uses information about visits and purchases together with information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide Enhanced Services, including product improvements, personalization and advertising features. Information may be shared with Shopify and service providers in other countries for these purposes. Some uses may be considered sharing or targeted advertising under applicable US state privacy laws.

Cookies and marketing choices

Cookies and similar technologies help the store function, remember preferences, secure checkout and understand site use. Your browser can block or delete cookies, although some features may stop working. If a privacy-choice or cookie-control link is displayed, you can use it to manage the choices offered. Marketing email is optional; you can unsubscribe through the message or contact us. Order and service messages may still be sent when necessary to handle your purchase.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics through the Google & YouTube app to understand how visitors find and use our store and to measure product views, cart activity, checkout and purchases. Google may receive device and browser information, cookie identifiers, page interactions and transaction details for this purpose. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or payment-card details to Google Analytics. You can manage optional analytics cookies using our cookie-consent controls. Your requests

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses or disclosures. Contact support@alittlefur.com to make a request, appeal a response or ask about our practices. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority. Some records must be retained for transactions, fraud prevention or legal obligations. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed for the purposes described here, including order support and applicable legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. We use administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no system or transmission is completely secure.

Children

Our store is intended for adults purchasing pet products. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate.

Facebook and Instagram publishing

Our internal app, alittlefur-prod-marketing, prepares and publishes content for A Little Fur’s Facebook Page and Instagram account. It uses authorized business and account identifiers, permissions and credentials, captions and media, post identifiers and processing records. Microsoft Azure hosts the app, restricted credential storage, private media and operational records. Meta receives content and requests sent to its services; published content is available to its audience. We retain operational records as needed to manage the connection, reconcile activity, resolve errors and meet applicable obligations. The current integration does not provide customer social login or request private-message or advertising-management permissions.

To request deletion of shopping information or app-related records, follow our data deletion instructions or email support@alittlefur.com. Revoking app access does not automatically delete existing posts or records.
